Day of Coordinator
Diamond Package (Rehearsal, Ceremony and Reception)

Silver Package: (Rehearsal and Ceremony)
The Silver Package includes walking you through the step-by-step process of finding and contracting with your vendors, creating a complete time line of your event and insuring that all of your contracted vendors are there when you need them. We direct your rehearsal insuring all the participants are comfortable with their role in your ceremony and guarantee the wedding will flow flawlessly. Unlike a location coordinator, we book only one event a weekend so we will spend as much time as needed to make your ceremony perfect. We will arrive on site a minimum of 3 hours early to insure you and your guests are escorted to the ceremony site and all of your needs are met. We will follow up with all of your vendors making sure they follow your contract to the letter, so you don’t have to worry about anything but enjoying your special day. We will make sure all participants are properly prepared for the ceremony and that it is exactly the way you want it to be!

This package includes walking you through the step-by-step process of finding and contracting with your vendors (location, food and drink, music, etc.), creating a complete time line of your reception, insuring all of your contracted vendors understand and uphold your time line. We will arrive on site a minimum of 3 hours early to insure all your vendors arrive on time and follow your contract to the letter! We will set out all party favors, set up a “kids table” with entertaining items if desired, set up cake cutting items, toasting glasses, place cards and ensure that your guests will enter a reception room that they will never forget. We will insure all of your events (first dance, toasts, etc.) follow your time line. We will stay until the last guest leaves your reception, insuring every guest will have an experience they will never forget!
